About us

Xantidd was founded in 2022 by designer Alexandro Felixov during a period defined by instability, displacement, and uncertainty. The brand began in the most minimal conditions — in a small social housing room in Germany, in the city of Nuremberg, where the first experiments in clothing were created on the floor, without access to a studio, equipment, or formal resources. From the beginning, the intention was not to produce fashion in a traditional sense, but to create something personal, honest, and enduring.

The earliest works were constructed from repurposed materials, including old denim and hand-applied acrylic. These initial pieces were instinctive and unrefined, formed through necessity rather than concept. Over time, they became the foundation of Xantidd’s visual language — raw, reduced, and deeply personal.

After relocating to Spain, the project entered a new phase of development. The process became more structured and intentional, focusing on silhouette, construction, and material discipline, while preserving the emotional and conceptual rawness of the early work. On March 28, 2023, Xantidd released its first official debut collection, marking the formal beginning of the brand.

Since its inception, Xantidd has developed independently, outside of traditional fashion systems. Its evolution has been shaped by limitation, external pressure, and continuous challenge. These conditions are not separate from the brand’s identity — they are embedded within it.

A fundamental part of Xantidd is the line and concept 1966. The name references the birth year of Austrian designer Carol Christian Poell, a figure of significant influence on the brand’s philosophy and approach to fashion. For Xantidd, 1966 is not symbolic decoration, but a conceptual reference point — representing origin, influence, and a radical understanding of clothing as language rather than product.

The DNA of Xantidd is built on depth and the search for beauty within simplicity. The brand translates elements of high fashion into reduced, wearable forms designed for everyday life. Each piece is approached as a study in restraint, where construction is stripped to its essential state without losing meaning or presence.

Every garment carries its own narrative. It is not simply constructed fabric, but an object of memory and emotion. Each piece reflects fragments of experience — trauma, joy, tension, and transformation — translated into physical form.

Xantidd exists at the intersection of concept and wearability. It is a continuous exploration of human experience expressed through reduction, discipline, and material honesty.

The work continues to evolve, shaped by persistence, independence, and the refusal to conform to external standards of validation.

Xantidd remains defined by its origin — and by what it continues to become.
