Ukraine Shipping

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues & Delays
Xantidd is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, force major events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Please note that deliveries to certain regions may experience indefinite delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to armed conflicts, such as the ongoing war in Ukraine, and related disruptions to logistics and postal services.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to cover the cost of reshipping.
